My phone doesn’t work, what do I do?
If you have no dial tone, the rst thing to do is unplug all customer owned equipment.
That includes all phones, computers, and satellite receivers that may be plugged into a phone line.
After everything is unplugged, plug in a landline phone and check to see if you have dial tone again.
If you still have no dial tone, then give us a call at 664-2074 and we will get someone out there
to x the problem.
If the problem is caused by customer owned equipment there will be a charge for us coming out. That fee is a
minimum of $40.00 and can be higher depending on the time it takes to x. Wiring maintenance only covers the
standard installed wiring and jacks in your house.
Trouble with a leased phone is not a billable charge.
